"Sent me an email last week and he was very much alive." Thanks for the update. The earlier flippant comment threw me for a loop. As much as we all pump stuff back and forth, several on here have made a significant (positive) impact. Mack is certainly one. Best to him.
window tint

Picking up a new 335 this weekend, Any thoughts on window tint. I live in AZ, so the heat blocking effect seems beneficial. They are offering me 2 options. One is a ceramic tint @ $369.00. They also talk about a new “platinum-nano-cool” that keeps even more heat out and is darker @ $769.00. I don't know anythng about this new tint. Any information or thoughts? Thanks!

"Going from a Volvo to a Honda smacks of some kind of financial issues." Interesting. I'd not have thought of that. It definitely costs to maintain a vehicle. I had a 145 (in '72), and it had its share of problems, but was generally an excellent vehicle to have in an Edmonton (-40 F routinely) winter. Traded it in on a '73 240-Z.

Thanks, the trip was uneventful and the stay was a lot of fun. My family is as dysfunctional as any other but we hide it well. Gary says, "We been pushing Big 3 SUV sales while you were gone." Saw that. Now cut it out !!!!! LOL :)
Winter Trip to Texas

Along I-10 and I-20 from Phoenix to Abilene TX, prices varied widely. Saw as high as $2.29 and as low as $1.66. Diesel was as low as $2.29 at one truck stop, and RUG was $1.95 at the same place - only a 34 cent difference. I already saw one poster say, "I wish I still had my Tahoe." That's not the way we ought to be thinking, people !!!
