Controls and gauges are well-configured and easy to use. The big drawback to the Altima hybrid is a smallish trunk compounded by the lack of a pass-through. The similar Camry hybrid maintains such a pass-through.
The Altima hybrid looks like any other Altima -- which is a good thing. The interior is eye-pleasing and apparent assembly quality is good.
Fuel Efficient
This is a real "full" hybrid that can run on electric-only mode in city traffic situations. Fuel economy nearing (and sometimes exceeding) 40 mpg was observed.
Daily Commuter
The Altima hybrid is a full-featured automobile. Great mileage and a host of features make the Altima hybrid an excellent daily driver.
Economical Transportation
While the initial cost of an Altima Hybrid is higher than a standard Altima, its still within reach for many. Day-to-day operating costs are low.
Comfortable
A true midsize family sedan, the Altima has plenty of room and provides the usual range of amenities.
