Lexus GX 470 Lease Questions

Re: October Lease Deal [rob222]

Hey Rob. The best way to tell if this lease is a good deal is to look at its selling price in relation to either its MSRP or better yet, its dealer invoice price. The selling prices of lease vehicles are negotiable, just as if you were paying cash for or financing them. Here is the information about the lease program that you requested. Lexus Financial Services' current ... Read More...

Lexus GX 470 Maintenance and Repair

Re: GX-470 SUNROOF PROBLEMS [gxmom]

Mine was under warranty when I finally brought it in for service. Our 2005 grinded when closing after about a year of use. As we are more likely to pop it, rather than fully open it, I delayed the service until this summer. Apparently there is a tremendous amount of labor involved to expose the motor and wiring. They had it almost the whole weekend. Thankfully in my ... Read More...

Lexus GX 470 Prices Paid and Buying Experience

just bought '04 GX 470 do I need ext. warranty?

I just purchased a '04 GX 470 from a local Acura dealer. The car was purchased from Lexus as a certified pre-owned car in April. The Basic warranty ran out in March 2008. Can I still get a Lexus extended warranty? If so, any suggestions on price and what to purchase? Thanks in advance - C P.S. I love this truck! What a great ride and fully loaded! Read More...

Lexus GX 470 Tires

Re: Lexus GX 470 Tires [steve_]

I recently bought a 2008 GX 470 .On standart equipment and installed options it desribes the tires as: 265/65SR17 Mud and snow tires. But, the tires on my car are Bridgestone 265/65R17 840 Dueler. This is not a snow and mud tire. (it is infact described as a summer tire): 1) I was wondering what kind of tires your 2008 GX came with. 2) We have 2-3 months of snow. Are these ... Read More...

2007/ 2008 GX470 Xenon Headlights

I have searched and found nothing regarding xenon headlights and 2007 / 2008 GX 470 models. I know the SUVs dont have the option but there are aftermarket kits. Questions- has anyone successfully converted the halogen headlights to HIDs? What kit did you use (website)? Were there any difficulties (drilling, issues with the daytime running lights...etc) that ... Read More...

Redroza -- options?

Hi Redroza, Just to compare apples:apples, did your new Lexus have the Preferred Access Pkg (mats, wheel locks) or Towing Prep Pkg? Saw a Vehicle Inquiry Report for a 2008 GX 470 and those little accessories add just under $200 to the invoice price. Read More...

Lexus GX 470 Lease Questions

Re: Lease Rates for January [slojo]

Hello slojo. Here's the information that you're looking for. Unfortunately, Lexus is not providing any lease support on the 2008 GX 470 in January. As a result, if you were to lease one through Lexus Financial Services, you would have to use its standard lease program. LFS' current buy rate standard lease money factor is .00255 for consumers who qualify for its ... Read More...

Re: December to Remember Sales Event [firstnten]

Hi firstnten. Lexus is not currently providing any cash incentives on the 2008 GX 470, but it does have $1,500 dealer cash on the 2007 model. As far as this truck's lease program goes, Lexus Financial Services' December to Remember buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 GX 470 with the entertainment system with 12,000 miles ... Re: 2008 GX 470 [berisky]

Hi berisky. The truck that you described has a whopping spread of over $6,500 between its MSRP and its dealer invoice price. The $5,500 discount that you negotiated on the specific unit that you are interested in is a pretty reasonable price. It is probably equivalent to around $1,000 over invoice. Just make sure that the dealer that you are working with uses Lexus ... Read More...
