The German sedans have a true competitor in the XF. It offers a lot of value for the money and is difficult to find significant fault with.

Smooth V8 has ample power in supercharged form. Transmission is excellent, and handling belies its large size.

Plush seats provide very good comfort. Difficult to fault in terms of accommodations.

Trunk access isn't the best. Climate control layout takes a bit of deciphering but works well. Interior storage is adequate.
