The V6 now revs higher and makes more power. The five-speed automatics ability to match revs when manually downshifted makes it a standout. Front-end grip borders on the remarkable, while body control and balance are superb.
The suspension tuning is comfortable, but the G35 Sport is too firm. Seats are well shaped and properly adjustable. Rear-seat headroom isn't as good as the past model.
Instruments are clear and concise, but the blue trim feels downmarket. Trunk space is good for this class.
Exterior design is very much the same car as its predecessor, only better, while the interior is greatly improved in both design and material quality.
