Hi.... I am in the process of ordering a new 2007 1500 GMC Sierra. I was going to upgrade the exhaust system to a Cat-Back touring version. Supposedly it has throaty purr. Is this true, does anyone know what it sounds like, and does any one have this system? I dont want an extremely loud system, but something that makes a nice sound. Read More...

Bagger, OUCH....!!!! is right !!!!! You need to find out your credit score and ask around. Don't let them run your credit since inquires lower your score but I'd definitely call around first thing monday and see if you could get a lower rate. If you can't then perhaps you should buy it. I honestly believe if you were willing to work you could at least knock off $3K on ... Read More...

Rocky ... Well, the "all new" Sierra/Silverado is not getting much off the sticker. I had to nearly beg to get $1500 off the MSRP. Anyway, I looked at the GMAC financing page today and see that 12K miles/year, 36 months smart lease for $40,320 is $690/month. I have a 2000 GMX Sierra 1500 2WD w/ 4.8L engine. I just turned 188,000 miles on it and have used this truck heavily. I have a tree farm and have hauled 65,000 trees with it, used it on numerous hunting/fishing trips, hauled farm equipment and my boat trailer for at least 50,000 of those miles.
