Locate a BMW Car Dealership in your State

Now you can search for your local BMW dealer at Edmunds.com. BMW invented the sports sedan and its 3-Series, 5-Series and 7-Series sedans and wagons remain the heart of their line. But BMW's German-engineered offerings have also expanded to include SUVs like the X3 and X5, the 6-Series luxury sport coupe and the two-seat Z4 sports car. Beyond them all lays the fabulous "Motorsport" tweaked cars like the M3, M5 and M6; powerful and thrilling variations on BMW's "regular" line. Find the nearest BMW dealer with Edmunds's national dealer network, and you'll also get access to consumer reviews and price quotes.

Re: 2009 335 Convertible Lease [dbman]
by Car_man on Mon Dec 01 03:45:44 PST 2008
Here you go, dbman. According to the latest information that I have seen, BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 335i Convertible with 12,000 miles per year are .00200 and 59%, respectively. Given how weak the market is for light vehicles, I personally would never let a dealer mark my car's money factor up right now. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum

Welcome back, David. Here's the information that you're looking for. According to the latest information that I have seen, BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 328i Coupe with 12,000 miles per year are .00140 and 57%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of an '09 model are .00175 and 61%. If BMW makes any enhancements to its December lease program, it will likely happen when it publishes its November sales figures tomorrow afternoon. I'll keep my ear to the ground for anything new. Feel free to check back with me in a day or two for an update. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum
Re: Carman! Help please: Lease terms for 2009 335i coupe [yachtsrus]
by Car_man on Mon Dec 01 03:21:05 PST 2008
Hi yachtsrus. BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2008 335i Coupe with 15,000 miles per year are .00170 and 59%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are .00170 and 54%. As you can see, the dealer that you are working with is attempting to mark your car's money factor up in an attempt to add hidden profit to your deal. Re: Is BMW's current lease offer a good deal? [jh87]
by Car_man on Mon Dec 01 02:46:20 PST 2008
Hi jh87. The lease payments that you have seen mentioned in this discussion are probably higher than BMW's official advertised payment for the X5 because either these leases have lower down payments or the vehicles mentioned here have more equipment, or both. Savvy consumers who are in an area that has a decent level of competition are almost always able to beat manufacturers' official advertised payments by comparison shopping an negotiating a lower selling price than the ad was based upon. Here you go, soonercat. According to the latest information that I have seen, BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 X3 with 15,000 miles per year are .00190 and 60%, respectively. The residual value for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum
